The parents of Jessica Michalik, the girl who died in the mosh pit at the 2001 Sydney Big Day Out, are suing the BDO and the band.
There are two separate actions: Jessica's father, George, is suing BDO promoters Creative Entertainment, the staging company and security; Jessica's mother, Barbara, is suing Limp Bizkit and their company Limp Bizness.
A BDO rep told Rocknerd this afternoon that the case was in the hands of their lawyers.
